What is the PC muscle?
The PC muscle stretches from your pubic bone to your coccyx and is shaped like a hammock. Both sexes have this muscle and you may have heard of it being referred to as the pelvic floor muscle. The PC muscle supports your bowel and bladder (and a woman’s uterus). If you stop the flow when urinating, that’s your PC muscle working. Lots of men have weak PC muscles so it’s really important to do exercises to gain strength.
How do you exercise your PC muscle?
The main strengthening exercise for your PC muscle are called Kegel Exercises. I give my clients a set of unique exercises that I have found to be most effective at strengthening the PC muscle. Through repeating these exercises almost on a daily basis, I have witnessed on countless occasions how these exercises plus some others are literally a game-changer.
I get my clients to start with few strengthening exercises first then when there is more strength then they move on to some control exercises. This ultimately results in having greater control over the muscles. Men who last longer can relax this muscle whereas guys who ejaculate quicker have little to no control and the muscle tenses up causing more blood flow to the area. That isn’t to say that men who last longer don’t need to do PC exercises, everyone can benefit from doing them. If you have erection difficulties doing the strengthening PC exercises can also greatly help.
