Cuddle Therapy

Cuddling and interpersonal touch are so important to humans for many reasons, including:

~ Reduces the stress hormone cortisol

~ Increases a sense of validation, reducing performance anxiety

~ Reduces depression and makes you happy, by increasing serotonin.

Nothing beats getting a cuddle from a loved one or pet, but sometimes, that just isn’t available, and it is even more important to maintain physical contact during times of hardship and loneliness whenever possible.

In this session we value each other’s boundaries. This is therapeutic, not sexual.

Cuddle sessions can be booked from 90 mins up to 4 hours. Please contact me to find out if this session is suitable for you.
