Hollywood may have normalised the idea that females need to have penetrative sex in order to orgasm. The reality is very different, and most women will tell you that in order to orgasm, they require more stimulation.
The clitoris is where the most pleasure comes from for women. The clitoris has over 8,000 nerve endings so it is extremely sensitive. With the right arousal, rhythm and movement, a woman will achieve an orgasm fairly easily through stimulating the clitoris. This is especially so if she is self-pleasuring or is with a partner that knows her body. It’s important to remember that all women respond differently and have different preferences on how they like to be touched.
I have found that for women to orgasm during penetrative sex, most say that they require their clitoris to be stimulated at the same time. However, not all sex positions achieve this. Most importantly foreplay and warming up the whole body before touching the genitals is recommended.
But did you know that it IS possible to make a woman orgasm just by using your penis?
This type of orgasm is often called a vaginal orgasm and it happens around the cervix. These orgasms are energetically powerful and feel deeper than orgasming purely through clitoral stimulation.
So what do you think of when you think of the clitoris? Most people tend to picture the clitoris as a little nugget that sits under the clitoral hood. This little nugget is in fact called the clitoral gland. What most people don’t realise is that the clitoral gland is just the visible part of the clitoral organ. The clitoral organ can get up to 7cm in length and is made up on 3 main components.
- The clitoris gland – the visible part of the clitoral organ
- The curra – these are like arms that extend from the clitoris gland alongside the vulva
- The bulbs – these are two bulbs that extend on either side of the vagina
It is possible for a man to stimulate the bulbs of the clitoris using his penis, to lead a woman to a vaginal orgasm. Slow and deep penetrative sex is one way of doing this. Ensuring that you push up against her vaginal walls when you are inside her.
As it is with many things, it takes two to tango. Women with strong pelvic floor muscles will be more likely to achieve vaginal orgasms. A strong pelvic floor gives a woman greater circulation and muscle strength and this increases her chances of a vaginal orgasm.
I also find it greatly helps if the woman practices slow and conscious breathing to orgasm through penetration. By consciously breathing, the woman can focus on the sexual energy building up and enables it to more easily flow through her.
As ever, I always recommend having honest and open communication. While having sex ask her if it feels good to her. Tweak as needed as this will increase your chances of making her orgasm with your penis. It might take a few practice rounds to get there but it’s worth it as these deeply energetic orgasms are out of this world. You will also feel amazing to have brought her to such a powerful orgasm just by using your penis. Believe me, it is possible, it just takes a little bit of practice and for you both to be more in touch with your own body first.
